I set up an appointment to discuss your future garden
Initial appointment carries a R700 charge within a 50km radius of Midrand (Jhb) or Wilderness (George) payable on the date of appointment. It will last approximately one and a half hours.
Should you need me to work outside of these 50 km zones appropriate charges based on time and distance will be quoted.
Plan prices varies between R5000 and R10 000 per drawing.
Material is provided to assist those who are unsure of what they want. On request, a plan is then made at a price relative to size and detail of the project with a detailed plant list followed by a presentation.
At this point I will refer a contractor who I believe is capable of doing the
installation to the standard I require. It is also possible for you to use a contractor of your choice.
Alternately I will do the installation with my team quoted on item based bill of quantities. For me to
project manage the installation with the contractors an additional 15% of the total contractual price
is charged.
I live at the Wilderness Heights in George, Western Cape and I am available to do quotes and designs worldwide.
I am available to work with you and your gardener on site.
My consulting fees are as follows:
- A full day's consultation ( 8hrs) is R3000 excluding travel and accommodation in
R.S.A only
- For a half day ( 5 hrs) R2000.00 excluding travel.
- Overseas a rate relative to the currency will be negotiated
I am also available for bookings as a public speaker and often give talks on landscaping, training, trends etc.
